Weighted push-ups

Push-ups are one of the three best body-weight exercises that you can do. The others being squats and pull-ups.

But how do you make push-ups more challenging than just increasing the number of repetitions?
Simple. Add resistance.

The video below shows push-ups with a sandbag. A weighted vest or plate can also be used.
