Do nothing, perform better

Working out for the sake of working out is not the best approach.

If your body is telling you to take the day off, then you should listen.

It does not matter if today is your scheduled training day.

Give your body another 24 hours to recover and it will reward you with better results tomorrow.

Because at the end of the day it is all about results, not just getting in a mediocre workout.
